Sports Massage Therapy​

One hour consultation at Penarth £35

Two hour consultation at Penarth £70

Home visit £45 (One hour, Vale and local Cardiff areas only)

One hour consultation at Penarth including Hot Stone Massage £40

Home visit £50 (One hour, Vale and local Cardiff areas only)


Personal Training​

​

Initial consultation are £30 at Penarth or £40 for a home visit. This includes client goals, nutritional evaluation and fitness testing. 

After the initial consultation a block booking can be made for £150 which will give you 10 x 1 hour sessions. 


Limelight fitness Special


This includes 45 minutes of high intensity training followed by a quick shower and 1 hour body massage. Only £50 at Penarth.


Cancellation policy

Before 24 hours - No charge
Within 24 hours - 50% session 
No show - Full fee

I appreciate emergencies happen and hold myself to the same high standards I expect from clients. A 50% discount will be applied if your session is re-arranged within 24 hours.
