Getting you back in the Limelight

  • About Me.
Health and fitness has always been a key part of my life. Growing up I’ve represented my county and my country. At 16 unfortunately I suffered an ACL injury which stopped serious thoughts of high level football. This did not deter me from keeping a keen interest in health and well being.​

I developed my fitness and training knowledge through years of personal experience and qualifications. Some of my favourite methods of training include;, BOXING, INTERVAL and High Intensity Training. I do like Cross Fit training but only done in a safe effective environment.  ​

Everyone training with limelight fitness receives a personal booklet. This includes; programme cards of your sessions, dietary advice, dietary log, fitness test improvements and a whole bunch more. Limelight fitness personal trainers are experienced with using blood pressure monitors to ensure the safety of all participants. We also use; Weight, BMI, , Heart Rate, Eating Habits & Lifestyle to get you the best results possible.

Health and fitness has always been a key part of my life. Growing up I’ve represented my county and my country. Some of my favourite methods of training include;, BOXING, INTERVAL and High Intensity Training. I do like Cross Fit training but only done in a safe effective environment.  To further my development I decided to study Sports massage Therapy. This has given me a great insight  for delivering highly effective massage sessions.
